Service Description

We collect up to 1,000 responses to a single multiple-choice question from UK-based respondents. Results include anonymised response data and summary reporting.

Client Requirements

The Client is responsible for:

• Providing a clear, neutral survey question and answer options
• Ensuring content is lawful, non-defamatory, and non-discriminatory
• Confirming any regulatory or industry compliance required for their research
• Providing accurate contact and billing details

Approval and Editing

We may request edits to the question to ensure clarity, neutrality, or suitability for the general public. We may refuse questions at our discretion.

Turnaround

We target delivery of results within 48 hours of question acceptance. This timeline is not guaranteed and may extend due to response uptake, platform issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Payment

Fees are £99 per question unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due in advance unless a credit arrangement is approved.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only if the survey cannot be delivered due to our own operational failure.
• No refunds are issued after data collection begins or for Client dissatisfaction with audience opinions or outcomes.

Use of Results

Results are for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for decision-making, commercial claims, or media use.

Data and Privacy

• No personally identifiable data from respondents is shared.
• Client-submitted information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
• We may store anonymised response data for benchmarking or analysis.

Acceptable Use

You must not submit questions that:

• Promote hate, violence, or harassment
• Seek to identify individuals or private groups
• Contain medical, legal, or financial advice requests
• Attempt to manipulate financial markets or public elections

Limitation of Liability

We provide aggregated opinion data. We are not responsible for business decisions, commercial outcomes, or legal compliance based on survey results.

Client Publicity

We may reference that you are a customer unless you request confidentiality. We will not publish your survey question or results without consent.

Termination

We may suspend or refuse service for breach of these terms or unlawful use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
